SPCC appeals President for protecting ethnic communities of Sikkim | Sikkim News – World Wide Press Release
GANGTOK, April 15: The Sikkim Pradesh Congress Committee (SPCC) today submitted a memorandum to President Pratibha Patil appealing for safeguarding the interests of the three ethnic communities of Sikkim as guaranteed by Article 371F of the constitution.
