State gets 88 pc excess pre-monsoon rains
GUWAHATI, April 23 – The State received 88 per cent excess pre-monsoon rainfall this time. Against the normal rainfall of 209.3 mm, the State received a total rainfall of 393.1 mm between March 1 and April 23 this year, said Regional Meteorology
